Email in member records

You can force member records to include an email address.

Site Config EMAIL_MANDATORY can be set to true to make email a required field in member records.

Note that standard validations when making a booking also require an email address. You can ask us to override the standard booking validations using a customised plugin. You can decide which fields are required and which are optional.

Members can optionally update their member data when they book, so this can help to keep email addresses up to date.
