Strict Names

Prevent a member from being in the lodge twice on the same date.

Configuration Item STRICT_NAMES turns on the rule that prevents a member booking in twice (or more) on one night. This does not refer to the person making the booking, but to guests within a booking, so a member can make multiple bookings but can only be in one booking, regardless of who made the booking.

This Configuration Item works best when TARIFF_BY_MEMBER is turned on, because then the member is positively identified in order to receive their member tariff.
