Review Date

Review Date allows you to set a date (usually automatic) when a waitlisted booking becomes eligible for consideration.

A custom plugin is used to set a review date when a new booking is made and waitlisted, according to your rules.

You might waitlist and hold for review bookings made too far in advance, for example.

This feature is turned on via Configuration Item REVIEW_DATE. Normally we will turn this on when we write your custom plugin.

Once turned on, each booking shows a date field “Review Date”. When you view bookings you can filter based on how close to today each booking’s review date is. Admin can also edit the review date of a booking.

You can optionally set up a scheduled email to be sent a set number days before a WAITLIST booking’s review date, e.g. to ask the member whether they still want the booking.
